Here at Nonna's Workshop, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care and intention. 

All purchases are final sale, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

Once an order has shipped, Nonna’s Workshop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related delivery issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout and should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding tracking or delivery concerns.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
